SSAS Return Policy
Thank you so much for your business! You are the heart of and the success behind Southern Style and Stash and we appreciate you browsing our unique items and purchasing those that please you. Each item is personally selected because of its uniqueness and with our customers in mind. Our inventory changes frequently so it is important that you make your selections as soon as possible and as soon as they appear on the website, as we would not want you to be disappointed if we no longer have your item in stock. In some cases, supplies are limited.
**REFUNDS ARE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF AN ONLINE & IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY**
You MAY NOT return sale/clearance items, shoes, and gift certificates. Should you need to return an item within 7 days of purchase, the product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have no makeup, stains or odors, and have the original tags attached. Once the 7 days from purchase have lapsed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund (store credit) or exchange. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policy.
To make a SSAS return for a store credit please use the following procedures:
Include a copy of the SSAS invoice with the item or items you want to return circled. It is possible based on quantity of the item that you will be subject to a restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Making a Return for an Exchange:
Due to the limited quantities and the unique style of SSAS products, we cannot guarantee we will have an available exchange. Please include a copy of your SSAS invoice with the items you want to return for exchange and request an exchange in writing. If we have the specific item in stock, we will be happy to exchange it in accordance with your directions. If not, we will be happy to offer you a store credit for future use.
